Program Description
We start over Murdeira residential area to Palmeira Harbour and Buracona, famous for its natural pools where you can admire the fascinating Olho Magico ( “Magic Eye”). This stop is followed by a trip across the fertile zone of Terra Boa where we stop for 5 minutes to admire the Mirages. Then we continue to Espargos, the capital and commercial centre of Sal, where we stop at the Café Bom Dia. Finally the island tour highlight, the visit to the Pedra de Lume Salt Pans, where you will have the opportunity to take a dip and float in water 26 times saltier than sea water. Then return to Santa Maria passing through the Cabocan touristic expansion zone set along the beautiful dunes of Ponta Preta and Algodoeiro.
