Program Description

Early morning departure from the hotel for a day full of adventure in Samana. Visit to the Los Haitises National Park, which is famous for its magnificent mangrove forests, Indian caves with petroglyphs paintings and wonderful fauna, including dolphins and manatees. The program includes a boat cruise along the mangrove coast and a visit to the Taino Indian caves. Next stop - Cayo Levantado, sometimes called the Bounty Island, a tiny island just off the Samana Peninsula. The sand is white and powdery; the turquoise waters are crystal clear and perfect for gentle swimming. Time for relax and lunch and visit to Montaña Redonda.
