Program Description

Exploring the charming south coast. Visit to the colonial house Domaine des Aubineaux, where your guide will tell about the antique 17th-century furniture and introduce you to the history of traditional Mauritian tea. Excursion to the Bois Cheri Tea Museum and Factory surrounded by plantations, followed by a walk through the La Vanille nature reserve. Next, a visit to the Saint Aubin sugar factory. Proceed to a distillery where rum is produced and a taste local products. Then a traditional Mauritian lunch. On the way back stop by the sea cliffs in Gris Gris and La Roche qui Pleure, time for photos. Return to the hotel.
